- Not to place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
- To provide us with accurate and complete information, including your email address, postal address, and any other contact details required for processing your order. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you whenever necessary (please refer to our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide all the information required, we may be unable to process your order.
By placing an order through this Website, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The products offered through this Website are available only within Greece.
The information contained in these Terms and on this Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell but rather an invitation to treat. No contract shall exist between you and us in relation to any products until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted and payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to you.
To place an order, you will be required to follow the online purchasing procedure and click the “Complete Order” button. After submitting your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
Please note that the Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase one or more products from us. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed by sending you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).
The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us (the “Contract”) shall be deemed concluded only when the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent to you.
The Contract relates only to those products whose dispatch has been confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We shall not be obliged to supply any additional products that may have formed part of your order until the dispatch of those products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or if products are out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you of substitute products of equal quality and value that you may choose to purchase. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any payment received in full.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this Website at any time and/or to remove or edit any materials or content displayed on the Website.
Although we make every reasonable effort to process all orders submitted to us, exceptional circumstances may arise requiring us to refuse to process an order after an Order Confirmation has already been sent. We reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion and at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the withdrawal of any product from the Website, the removal or modification of any Website content, or for refusing to process or accept an order after an Order Confirmation has been issued.
