Payment by Debit or Credit Card
Our online store offers secure payment by debit, credit, or prepaid card through the ePOS payment service.
Upon completing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment environment where you can enter your card details. Transactions are processed using modern security protocols and encryption technologies to ensure the protection of your personal and banking information.
Our store does not store or have access to your card details.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order will be registered and processed for shipment.
Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must include your order number as the payment reference and send the proof of payment by email to contact@eaudefigue.com. Otherwise, your order cannot be processed or shipped.
If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the reserved products will be released.
Any bank transfer fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the full amount is not received due to bank charges, the payment will be refunded and the order will not be processed.

Prices and Payment
The price of each product shall be the price displayed on our Website at the time the order is placed, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option either to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled and any payment already received will be refunded in full.
We shall not be obliged to supply any product at an incorrect lower price (even if we have already sent the Dispatch Confirmation) where the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.
All prices displayed on our Website include Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount payable during checkout.
Prices may change at any time, and we reserve the right to amend them accordingly. However, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been issued.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to complete your order and make payment by following the checkout process and providing or confirming the information requested at each stage.
Guest Checkout
This Website also allows customers to place orders using the Guest Checkout option.
When purchasing as a guest, you will only be required to provide the information necessary to process and deliver your order.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
