Shipping Costs & Delivery
Greece
- Shipping within Greece costs €3.00.
- Orders over €30.00 qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery within Greece is generally completed within 1–2 business days.
- Deliveries to remote or inaccessible areas within Greece may take 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
- The shipping cost for international orders is €25.00.
- Orders over €85.00 qualify for free international shipping.
- Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country and the courier service.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product(s) listed in the Dispatch Confirmation by the delivery date specified therein. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be completed within the estimated period indicated when you select your shipping method and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you accordingly and offer you the option either to continue with the purchase by agreeing to a new delivery date or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please note that delivery schedules are determined by the respective courier service. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession or control of the products. Delivery shall be evidenced by the signed proof of delivery at the agreed delivery address or by any other confirmation method used by the courier.
Failure to Deliver
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will make every reasonable effort to locate a safe place in which to leave your parcel. We will also leave a notice explaining where your order has been left and the steps required for collection. If you are not present at the agreed delivery location at the scheduled time, please contact us so that we can arrange a new delivery date.
If, after thirty (30) days from the date your order becomes available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to terminate the Contract, and the Contract shall be deemed terminated.
As a result of such termination, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Contract is terminated.
Please note, however, that any transportation or storage costs incurred as a result of the termination of the Contract may be charged to you where permitted by applicable law.
